An awesome Rugby trip to the Beach in the offering!  The Hurricane 7s Rugby Tournament hosted by the Panama City Beach Rugby Club will be held on Saturday, August 23rd, 2008 at Frank Brown Recreational Complex, 16200 Panama City Beach Parkway.
